Shipping And Return Policy
We have free shipping across India for all orders including prepaid.
The delivery time for the products in your order is determined and may vary depending on mode of payment and on your location. In case of pre orders, you will be notified, when the order has been shipped.
We dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday, and it takes another 3 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Some products are on pre-order so please expect a short delay in the dispatch of these products. The relevant product page will have these details mentioned. Mode of payment
a. Prepaid Orders: Once you place an order, we will try and dispatch most products the next working day itself. But this is based on the product.
b. Cash On Delivery Orders: – We will dispatch your order the next working day after the cash on delivery order is confirmed. But this is based on the product. Locations of delivery
Within NCR : Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the courier to be delivered (may still take up to 7 days)
Metros : Please allow 3 to 4 working days for the courier to be delivered (may still take up to 7 days) Non-Metros and Interiors : Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the courier to be delivered
We try our best to dispatch all products in one shipment for your convenience. Sometimes we may dispatch a single order in multiple shipments to ensure that the product reaches you safely
We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of the rest.
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of India.may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country [“Import Fees”]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges. International shipping is chargeable and is calculated based on your location.
