Shipping & Exchange Policy
- If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may exchange it for a different size, product, or store credit
- All exchange requests to be communicated within 7 days of receipt of the package.
- The products must be returned in the same condition that it was received in. (Unworn and in their original packaging)
- To initiate the exchange, please write to us at shop.sunandini@gmail.com within 7 days from receiving the item.
- If your exchange is accepted, we will send you an email with the return address along with instructions to send it.
- Once we receive the exchange item and your request for a different product, we will ship the new product within 7 working days.
- All shipping costs for exchanges is to be borne by the customer.
- We unfortunately do not offer returns.
- Our store credit is valid for 1 Year
- Customized orders are not eligible for exchange. However, size alterations can be made in case of fit issues.
- All sale products are not applicable for exchange or refund.
- All Standard size orders are dispatched within 4 working days
- All Made to Measure clothing is shipped within 7 working days
- Prepaid orders are usually delivered within 7 working days
- COD orders are usually delivered within 14 working days
